Love Nutella? These soft & chewy, super fudgy Nutella Cookies filled with chocolate chips are for you!

A weekend ago I made Nutella Brownies for my Mum's birthday which implied I had a 1/2 tub of Nutella remaining and a noteworthy quandary. To eat said Nutella? On the other hand prepare it into a delectable treat???

I settled on the last since it appeared like a more dependable utilization of delightful fudgy, chocolate hazelnut spread. What's more, Jay would put on his judgy pants in the event that he discovered me in the kitchen eating Nutella from the container.

It happened before… .

So to stay away from the shame, I made Nutella Cookies. Furthermore, subsequent to consummating the formula, a couple of more containers of Nutella, and a mess of heavenly investigations – today I'm imparting these Nutella chocolate chip treats to you.

Here's the summary:

They're loaded with Nutella

Totally fudgy

Super delicate and chewy in surface

Furthermore, the ideal approach to take your chocolate chip treats up a score

Genuine, you get all the scrumptiousness of your most loved chocolate hazelnut spread in chocolate chip treat frame.

Presently, in my Nutella treat formula inquire about – I discovered 2 noteworthy classes of treats: Nutella treats made without spread, and Nutella treats reminiscent of customary chocolate chip treat. This formula falls into the last mentioned. While they're fudgy and loaded with Nutella season, the consistency and surface is still in the chocolate chip treat classification.

To make the treats first we cream together the margarine and sugar – then we beat in the Nutella, egg and vanilla. We blend in the flour, a little cocoa, preparing pop and salt. At that point we blend in the chocolate chips, and it's a great opportunity to shape our treats into balls.

I prescribe utilizing a treat scoop here, yet in the event that you don't have one your fingers will simply be somewhat untidy. At that point we cool the mixture balls to help our Nutella treats remain thick and chubby (100% fundamental in this formula), and when the hold up is over – it's an ideal opportunity to heat.

You'll need to marginally under prepare your treats to keep them additional delicate. At that point after they leave the stove I get a kick out of the chance to put a couple of additional chocolate chips on top for that additional expert, "eat me" look.

These Nutella treats are delicate, chewy, super fudgy and loaded with such a large number of softened chocolate chips. Also, hello – on the off chance that you needed to ice them in more Nutella, I'd be just for it!

Course: Dessert
Servings24 cookies
  • 1 cup and 1/3 all purpose flour spooned & leveled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons and 1/2 cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • cup Heaping 1/3 Nutella mine weighed 110g
  • 1 teaspoon and 1/2 vanilla
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate large bowl using a stand or hand-held electric mixer, beat together the butter, sugar and Nutella on medium speed until no lumps of butter remain. Then add in the vanilla and egg and continue beating. Turn the mixer down to low and add in the flour mixture about 1/2 at a time. Turn off the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula as necessary. Finally, turn off the mixer and stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Form the cookies into balls about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons in size (I recommend using a cookie scoop), then place the cookies on a plate, cover with clingfilm, and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  4. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and place the cookies 2 inches apart on each sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the tops look just set.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool fully on the cookie tray. Optionally, dot the tops of each cookie with extra chocolate chips.
